Urban Suites

Urban Suites is a freehold serviced apartment project developed by Cosmopolitan Homes Sdn Bhd, featuring 2 towers with 42 levels. The development offers a total of 596 units with 2 to 3 room choices, and unit sizes range from 630 to 836 sq ft. Pricing is available on request.

Located in Jelutong, Urban Suites is approximately 4 km from Penang Bridge and 4.4 km from Georgetown. The project is also within a reasonable distance to various hospitals, including Lam Wah Ee Hospital (1 km) and Georgetown Specialist Centre (2.5 km). Other notable locations include Gurney Drive and Botanical Gardens, both around 7 km away, and the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, which is about 10 km from the site.

Urban Suites is suitable for families and professionals seeking a modern living environment with ample amenities. The project features a range of facilities, including a mini theater, aqua gym, and sandy beach pool. One trade-off to consider is the absence of direct public transport connectivity, which may affect commuting options for residents without personal vehicles.
