The Wyn Residences

The Wyn Residences is a contemporary service residence developed by Land & General Berhad, featuring 3 blocks with a total of 1546 units. The unit sizes range from 700 to 850 sqft, with pricing starting from RM 460,000 to RM 650,000. This upcoming project is designed to cater to first-time homeowners, upgraders, and investors seeking a well-connected living space in Puchong.

Located in Puchong, The Wyn Residences offers convenient access to major transport links, including the LDP and Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway (MEX). Residents can enjoy a covered walkway leading directly to IOI Mall Puchong and the LRT Puchong Jaya station, enhancing the ease of commuting and shopping. The surrounding area is characterized by established neighbourhood amenities, making it a practical choice for daily living.

This development is suitable for first-time buyers and those looking for a lock-and-leave lifestyle. However, potential buyers should consider that the property is leasehold, which may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, while the project is well-connected, traffic congestion can be a concern during peak hours due to its location in a busy area.
