The Agate Tower

The Agate Tower is a commercial suite development by Trillium Development Sdn Bhd, situated on 14.89 acres of reclaimed land in the Central Business District of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This project consists of 408 commercial suites and 24 retail units across a single 28-storey tower. The unit layouts include studio apartments and larger dual-key units, with sizes ranging from approximately 556 sq. ft. to 1,149 sq. ft. Pricing is available upon request.

Located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, The Agate Tower is part of a larger initiative to enhance the Central Business District. While specific nearby landmarks and connectivity options are not detailed, the area is known for its commercial vibrancy and accessibility. The development is designed to cater to both business and leisure needs, with amenities that include an infinity pool, a fully equipped gymnasium, and an observation deck that offers panoramic views of the ocean.

This project is suitable for investors looking for commercial opportunities in a growing urban area. The mix of studio and dual-key units may appeal to a range of buyers, from individual investors to businesses seeking operational space. However, potential buyers should consider that the project is currently under construction and will not be completed until 2027, which may affect immediate investment returns.
