Quartz @ Queens Residenz

Quartz @ Queens Residenz is an upcoming serviced apartment project designed for modern urban living. The development offers units ranging in size from 702 to 1,212 sq ft, with prices starting from RM 532,000. This leasehold property is tailored to meet the needs of residents who value a work-from-home environment combined with the convenience of living in a mall-linked residence.

Located in the Old Klang Road area, residents will have access to the Sri Petaling LRT, providing connectivity to various parts of Kuala Lumpur. While specific nearby landmarks are not listed, the general neighbourhood offers a blend of urban amenities and residential comfort, making it suitable for those who appreciate a city lifestyle.

This property is ideal for young professionals and families seeking a modern living space with dedicated co-working facilities. However, potential buyers should consider that the leasehold tenure may not appeal to those preferring freehold properties, which could affect long-term investment value.
