PPR Sri Aman

PPR Sri Aman, also known as PPR Seri Aman, is a residential development by Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad, designed under the Program Perumahan Rakyat scheme. This project consists of 1600 low-cost apartment units, each featuring 3 rooms and approximately 700 sq.ft. of living space. The development is completed and offers affordable housing options for low-income Malaysians, with pricing on request.

Located in a developing area, PPR Sri Aman provides residents with access to several public transit options, including the nearby Taman Wahyu (KTM) and multiple MRT stations such as Jinjang, Sri Delima, Kepong Baru, and Metro Prima. This connectivity facilitates convenient travel to various parts of the city, enhancing the overall living experience for residents.

PPR Sri Aman is suitable for low-income families seeking affordable housing solutions. However, potential buyers should consider that the project is leasehold, which may affect long-term ownership plans. Additionally, the absence of nearby landmarks and amenities may limit recreational options for residents.
