Mesahill Nilai

Mesahill Nilai is a mixed development by Hari Lumayan Sdn Bhd, featuring 25 storeys with service apartments designed for comfort and convenience. The units range from 450 sq ft to 710 sq ft and are partly furnished. Pricing starts from RM 240,000, with 0% down payment and cashback options available. This project is currently in its third phase, following the successful sales of the first two phases.

Located in Nilai, the development is accessible via major highways including the North South Expressway, Lekas, Elite, and SKVE. The area is characterized by its proximity to a significant student population, with around 30,000 students from 10 universities and colleges, indicating a strong demand for accommodation and housing. The surrounding landscape includes forests and mountains, enhancing the living experience.

Mesahill Nilai is suitable for young professionals, families, and investors looking for rental opportunities due to the nearby educational institutions. One trade-off to consider is that the project is still upcoming, with completion expected in 2026, which may not suit buyers looking for immediate occupancy.
