D'Cosmos Residences

D’Cosmos Residences is an upcoming serviced apartment project by Momentumace Sdn. Bhd., located in CentralPark Damansara Perdana. The development consists of a single tower with 39 storeys, offering a total of 402 units. The available layout features a spacious 1,100 square feet design with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, catering to families seeking a low-density living environment.

Situated in the CentralPark Damansara Perdana area, the project benefits from a strategic location that is part of a larger residential community. While specific nearby landmarks and connectivity options are not detailed, the general neighbourhood is known for its residential appeal. The development includes essential amenities such as multi-tier security, an 8-level podium carpark, and hotel-style speed lifts, enhancing the living experience for residents.

D’Cosmos Residences is suitable for families looking for a spacious serviced apartment in a low-density setting. However, potential buyers should consider that the project is leasehold, which may not appeal to those preferring freehold properties. Additionally, the absence of detailed information on nearby amenities and transport options may require further investigation for those reliant on public transport or local facilities.
