About this project
Core Residence @ TRX is a mixed-use development by CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd, featuring residential and serviced apartment towers along with commercial lots. The project consists of three towers, with a total of 580 units available, offering sizes ranging from 624 to 1022 ft². Pricing is available on request.
Located within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), a 70-acre development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Core Residence benefits from its proximity to key infrastructure. The area is accessible via the MEX Highway and SMART Tunnel, with an MRT interchange nearby, facilitating convenient travel throughout the city. The TRX Mall is also within reach, providing shopping and dining options for residents.
This development is suitable for individuals and families seeking a modern urban lifestyle with access to essential amenities. The trade-off to consider is the potential for traffic congestion in a busy financial district, which may affect daily commutes.
